Meditation and Mindfulness with Mia

In person (Rotorua Library) on Friday the 27th September at 2:30pm or Online via Zoom (Thursday 26 September 830pm for 45-60min).

Join us for a free event in support of Mental Health Awareness Week. Learn about meditation and mindfulness techniques to help you manage stress and improve your mental well-being. All are welcome, and no experience is necessary. Come and connect with others who are passionate about mental health and wellness.

Today, we encourage you to tautoko/support an independent merchant or community organisation.
