FREE Beginner Yoga ☼☽

Discover the fundamentals of yoga with a gentle flow focusing on basic postures (āsānas), breathing techniques (prānāyāma), and mindfulness practices.

Perfect for beginner yogis eager to explore, this class will help to you connect with your body and mind in a supportive and welcoming environment. Each 45 minute session includes a brief warm-up, a series of yoga poses, and a relaxing cool-down with guided meditation.

9:15am every Tuesday + Thursday and open to all first time beginner yogis.

No prior experience needed—just bring yourself and an open heart.
