MHAW Giveaways - Terms and Conditions

MHAW Survey Giveaway

  1. The Mental Health Foundation (MHF) ‘MHAW Survey Giveaway’ 1 of 3 $200 Prezzy cards, is open to residents of New Zealand. 
  2. To be eligible, you must complete the MHAW survey by 5pm, Friday 11 October 2024. Only one entry per person.
  3. Winners will be chosen by MHF staff members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
  4. All decisions are final. 
  5. Employees of the MHF or anyone else connected with the prize events are not eligible to win the prizes. 
  6. Entries received after the indicated closing date will not be considered. 
  7. The prize winners will be contacted by an MHF staff member. 
  8. Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 
  9. The winners may be required for promotional activity. 
  10. If prize winners do not provide MHF staff with shipping details within two weeks of being contacted, they will no longer be eligible to receive their prize and will be subject to a redraw. 
  11. The MHF will take care of any personal information that you supply as described in our privacy policy. 
  12. The MHF accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected, incomplete, cannot be entered or for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery in any of these events is not proof of acceptance by the MHF. 
  13. The MHF accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred by you as a result of entering the ‘MHAW Survey Giveaway’ competition or accepting of a prize. Flight Centre x MHAW Giveaway

  1. The Mental Health Foundation (MHF) ‘Flight Centre x MHAW Giveaway’ a $1,000 Flight Centre gift card, is open to residents of New Zealand. 
  2. To be eligible, you must must comment on the corresponding social post(s), making sure to tag someone you'd like to reconnect with and why. You must also be following the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand on the relevant channel. The competition closes Friday 27 September 2024 at 11.59pm. Only one entry per person.
  3. Winners will be chosen by MHF staff members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  2. To be eligible, you must make a post on social media using the hashtag #MHAWNZ showing how you are engaging with one of the daily activities. The competition closes Friday 27 September 2024 at 11.59pm. Only one entry per person.

E-Bulletin MHAW 2024 Book Giveaway

  1. The Mental Health Foundation (MHF) ‘MHAW 2024 Book Giveaway’ for a single copy of Piki te Ora: Your wellbeing journal, is open to residents of New Zealand. 
  2. To be eligible, you must send an email to MHAW@mentalhealth.org.nz or comment on the relevant social post and let us know what community looks like for you. The competition closes Wednesday 18 September 2024 at 5pm. This will be deemed one entry and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Winners will be chosen by MHF staff members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
