Join us for a heart-led experience during Mental Health Awareness Week that weaves together the healing essence of Pacific Cacao with the power of conscious breath.
You’ll be introduced to Cacao as rongoā — a sacred plant ally known for its capacity to open the heart and gently awaken the wairua. Held in tikanga and pono, this session offers a grounded introduction to its daily use, cultural significance, and the subtle ways it supports emotional and energetic wellbeing.
From this softened, open space, we transition into an embodied Breathwork practice. You’ll learn the foundations of Breathwork — its physiology, its ability to regulate and restore the nervous system, and how to safely begin incorporating it into everyday life.
Together, we will co-create a safe and sacred space for reconnection — to your body, your breath, and your own inner fire. You’ll leave not only with a deeper understanding of these practices but with three simple, powerful techniques to carry into your daily rhythm.
