Mindful practices like yoga and pranayama (breath practices) have been shown to ease stress, improve mood, and support overall mental wellbeing - making this a wonderful way to care for yourself during Mental Health Awareness Week.
Set in the peaceful surrounds of the farm, this practice offers a chance to ground yourself in nature, calm your mind, and simply relax. Suitable for everyone, no yoga experience necessary.
Bring a yoga mat, rug or towel to sit on, and something warm to wear - we'll be outdoors.
