Nau mai, haere mai! Join us at Riverlution parkrun on Saturday each week.

Parkrun is about so much more than a 5km. It’s a chance to get outside, move your body, connect with others and be part of a welcoming community. You can walk, jog or run, volunteer, or simply come along to support. There’s no time limit, no pressure and it’s completely free. Whether it’s your first parkrun or your hundredth, we’d love to see you there.

Sometimes a Saturday morning spent moving, chatting and connecting with others can make all the difference. ❤️
