Why not come and join the lost Lagoon parkrun on Saturday 17th October during mental health awareness week.

Parkrun is a free, weekly 5-kilometre community event held in parks and open spaces every Saturday morning. People of all ages and abilities can walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. It is not a race, has no time limit, and is completely free to join. A great way to connect with your community.

Every Saturday we meet at 0745 at the yacht club at the end of Queen Street in Westport.
