Let’s Talk About: Do I Fit In Here at Work?

Join us for a big online ROW Squad meetup this Mental Health Awareness Week, open to anyone who wants to be part of a national conversation about what it means to feel like you fit at work.

“Belonging Matters” is this year’s theme, but belonging can feel like an odd word in the context of work. Most of us probably don’t think, “I belong here.” We’re more likely to experience whether we can be ourselves, whether our contribution is valued, whether there are people who have our back, and whether it feels safe to speak honestly or offer a different point of view. We’ll also hear a few reflections from ROW Squad Captains about what they’re noticing and learning in their workplaces.
