Belonging Matters – Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 Everyone deserves a place to belong!

Join us at Garden Place in Hamilton’s CBD on Wednesday 14 October, from 11am to 2pm, for an afternoon of connection, conversation and community.

Discover local mental health support organisations, meet new people and celebrate the importance of belonging. Enjoy information stalls, games, prizes, music and a chill-out space. Whether you're looking for support, keen to connect with others or simply want to enjoy a welcoming community event, everyone is welcome!
