Chatty Cafe - Pull up a Chair

Chatty Cafe is a friendly, welcoming space where anyone can sit down and enjoy a kōrero with others over a cuppa.

There's no agenda and no pressure, just good company and a chance to connect with people in your community. Each session is hosted by a friendly volunteer who's there to welcome you and get the chatter flowing. Come on your own or bring a mate, stay for five minutes or the whole session, and chat about whatever comes up. You're welcome to buy a drink or something to eat from the venue.

Most Chatty Tables run weekly, so once you've found one you like, you can make it part of your regular routine. It's free, there's no need to book, and everyone is welcome, whatever your age or stage of life. Whether you're new to the area, working from home, recently retired, or simply fancy a chat, there's a seat waiting for you.
