Movement For Wellbeing workshop

An evening of guided movement exploration and discussion around embodied wellbeing.
We are looking at what self-care and bodily awareness looks like through the lens of physicality, and will explore listening and responding to our body's wants and needs through movement.
No experience necessary, all welcome. Wear comfortable clothes. FREE!
