This online workshop is a highly visual, interactive discussion on how we can work through life's transitions with a deeper understanding of our diverse identity. The goal of this conversation is to increase overall well-being through a deeper understanding of ourselves, the transitions we face, and the tools available to us.
The workshop focuses on the place of identity in our work, relationships, and our communities. As such, Patrick will share some of his own journey through radical and sometimes painful transitions, which required a robust system and a new narrative to get him through.
