Tara, Mag-usap tayo! Let's get our Filipino community talking with GoodYarn
Date:1:00pm to 4:00pm on 19 September 21
Come and join others from our Filipino community for a free GoodYarn workshop to learn all about mental wellbeing, how to protect it, and how to talk to someone you are concerned about.

Workshops are free to members of the Filipino community living in Queenstown. Each workshop is delivered in Taglish by members of the community who are trained to talk about mental health. They understand the challenges of living away from home and know what life is like in the Whakatipu.
Living away from friends and family support can bring real challenges, especially when things get tough. Our community workshops are designed to help us to better support our Queenstown family, especially their mental health and wellbeing. Learning how to talk with someone who is struggling and what support is available to them is the first step.
This award-winning GoodYarn workshop is part of a unique pilot project delivered in Queenstown by the Southern Wellbeing Trust in partnership with the Good Programmes Trust.
