Lunch Break Meditation & Kōrero

Join Linds, community mental health support person and yoga and meditation facilitator, for a lunch time meditation and kōrero with your neighbours and other attendees.
Meditation will run from 12:15pm to 12:45pm with opportunity to kōrero with others afterwards.
Meditation will have a stress-reduction focus and attendees will be encouraged to be seated/laying down, so please feel free to bring your own cushion, pillow, blanket, extra layer or anything else to need to get comfortable and rejuvenate for the rest of your day.
