What does anxiety and stress mean?
Anxiety is your body's natural response to stress. It's a feeling of fear or apprehension of what is to come. We live in an era where anxiety and stress have been ruling the show, from kids, to parents, to work and worldwide crisis and health situations, our constant attachment to technology and the feeling of not being or having enough have led to more than half of the population to live under some type of stress.
What is the purpose of this workshop?
Anxiety and stress can be one of the main causes of an unbalanced and unhealthy lifestyle, living in discomfort and chronic disease. Many of us may know that meditation or certain techniques are good, but can't find the time, commitment and openness to experience them. In this workshop you will learn and be guided through it all!
You do not need to live an anxious, overwhelming and exhausting life..
What is the structure of this workshop?
As a coach I will guide you into discovering which are the limiting beliefs, habits and behaviours that may lead you to stay in an anxiety loop instead of living a happy, peaceful life.
I will use all my favourite tools and share all my tips to change the way your day is going and turn your life into a balanced, healthy, and joyful one!
Activity Duration: 1.5 hours with a break included
