Introduction to Maximising the Power of Anxiety
Date:1:00pm to 2:30pm on 01 October 21
Everybody’s brain is different, meaning we are all neurodiverse. Learning how our brain works is the optimum ‘medicine’ for creating a mental health and wellbeing programme that will get results.
Anxiety is an important indicator of how our body is working and how it is processing the world around us. Through better understanding, we can use anxiety as a powerful and productive tool.
The Maximising the Power of Anxiety session starts the journey of gaining insights into why we do the things we do. You will learn how to harness anxiety and what that means to live comfortably in the moment.
At the end of this session you will know about:
- The relationship between your belief systems and where anxiety comes from, for each of the quadrants
- How trauma and an anxious brain ends up processing the world as a result of this relationship
- How to regulate emotions and remain present in what is described as a green brain state
Price for this session is $50 per person. To purchase tickets, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
