Join Jazz Braden from In The Moment Co for an introduction to the skills of emotional intelligence and why they matter for mental health.
Emotional intelligence encompasses how we identify, express and manage our own emotions but also how we read, interpret and respond to the emotions of others.
Looking through the lens of EI, we bring into focus our self awareness, our ability to express how we are feeling as well as how these skills impact our relationships. Beyond that, our decision making and stress management impacts our mental health as we navigate these constant changes that life brings us.
These skills can change how we lead, learn and live, while ultimately improving our overall wellbeing and mental health.
