Feeling overwhelmed, isolated, fearful or deeply uncertain about the future can have a significant impact on mental and physical wellbeing — not to mention the impact on our relationships, and our levels of focus.
Mindfulness offers us the opportunity to be more present and fully engaged with whatever we’re doing in the moment — free from distraction or judgment, with an attitude of care, curiosity and openness.
It means being aware of our thoughts, feelings and moods without getting too caught up in them — a skill we all desperately need as we face uncertain times ahead, and all deal with extremely difficult emotions.
BlueSkyMinds is running free online guided meditations Monday to Friday during Mental Health Awareness Week. Each 30-minute session will cover a different theme and is run by two local expert mindfulness facilitators.

Monday 21st September - 12pm
Tuesday 22nd September - 9am
Wednesday 23rd September - 12pm
Thursday 24th September - 9am
Friday 25th September - 12pm
