Based on solid principles from psychology and neuroscience, this talk will show, in practical terms, how our minds tend to work against us and what we can do about it.

Alan is a down-to-earth guy who is on a mission to help as many people as possible achieve mental fitness and live more fruitful lives. Alan has experienced decades of poor mental health and over recent years has completely transformed his life by making behavioural and mindset changes. Alan is now the founder of Akimbo, a new category of mental fitness app aimed at young adults.
