Taha Tinana for the bro's
Bay of Plenty
Date:4:00pm to 7:30pm on 24 September 20
Lifestyle, and in particular exercise, plays an important role in mental health as a natural form of medicine.
On Thursday 24 September, the Mental Health Foundation has dedicated a day to celebrating Physical Wellbeing or Taha Tinana as part of their Mental Health Awareness Week campaign.
We know all too well in New Zealand that as a male it is harder to speak up about mental illness and we want our community of gents to know that our gym PRIMAL is a safe space to seek help. We have organised an afternoon of no experience needed ZUU exercise at PRIMAL Papamoa for you and your bro’s!
Please help us to raise awareness by rounding up your crew and buying a ticket for the event on our website. There are four time slots available to join in on, a couple of guest speakers, followed on by drinks and a BBQ.
All included in the ticket price of just $25 per person.
All proceeds will go to the Mental Health Foundation.
