Yoga for mindfulness and connection

Ashley Goodspeed has taught in studios around the USA and Australia. She is a certified yoga instructor, massage therapist, health coach and meditation instructor.
Ashley regularly runs yoga workshops called “Dropping In” teaching a form of yoga which uses the breath to focus on mindfulness and in connecting the emotional and physical body. Join us for this introductory session, suitable for all fitness levels and ages 13+.
