Practice mindfulness and yoga tools taught by rangatahi from a Te Ao Māori world view.
In this online series from rangatahi at The Kindness Institute, youth share their hauora stories and teach tools including mauri tau, mindfulness, mindful communication, yoga and taonga puoro. Episodes begin airing the week of Mental Health Awareness Week (27 September) and will be released weekly until 20 November. Each episode is 5-7 mins long and features rangatahi sharing their mental health stories.
