People who feel their employer cares about their wellbeing are more engaged at work. This Mental Health Awareness Week (8–14 October 2018), show people you care about their mental health and wellbeing and Let nature into your workplace.
Whether you choose to support your people to learn (or share with others) where they are from, their mountain or river, organise a whānau gathering in a local park, or share fun and interesting facts about native plants and animals, you’ll be enhancing the wellbeing of your staff and have a really great time while you do it.
