Wellness Wānanga


At CoLiberate, we love talking about what it takes to make wellbeing a priority. Wellness wānanga is a safe and facilitated space where we can come together to unpack our wellness experiences and learn from one another.

Join us for a cuppa and a conversation about what’s on top, share tools and tips and listen. KOHA.

In celebration of MHAW17 Wānanga is outside* at Frank Kitts Park. *Weather depending. If it's rubbish, we'll have it in our Studio at 111 Customhouse Quay.

We offer various wellbeing sessions every week at our studio in Wellington. We offer mindfulness with clay, yoga, reflective writing, creative movement and wellness wānanga. It's a great way to incorporate the five ways of wellbeing into your week!
