This workshop will help you to identify simple and practical activities that you can do in your personal and work life to increase wellbeing. Aimed at mangers, employers and health and safety managers this workshop will cover:

• The Five Ways to Wellbeing. What are they and why are they important?
• Identifying strengths in your workplace and areas for improvement
• Ideas for simple activities that will encourage positive mental health of your staff
• Free wellbeing communication resources for your workplace
