Tree walk

Mindful walk around the neighbourhood, noticing all the trees and foliage we walk by every day. Noticing them in new and varied ways which will enhance your mindful engagement with the world around you, help ground you and get you 'out of your mind and into your life'.

These spectacular sculptures live and breath for and with us. They are the lungs of the planet, our closest friends. Why not say 'hi' to them as you pass them by in the street.

After the walk, those who dare are invited to take tea and cake in the tree at the front of our office.
