Health and Wellness Day

The Lions Club of Greytown is holding an expo in the Greytown Town Hall to promote and facilitate good health and wellbeing. The Health and Wellness Day aims to increase public awareness of health concerns and, when help is needed, what is available. The expo is free.

There are more than a dozen organisations attending, available to answer your questions and to provide information.

There will be a children's activity table which will include word searches and colouring in sheets, so bring along the children. There will also be some adult colouring in sheets too, for some de-stressing.

Under this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme "connect with nature for good mental health and wellbeing" there will be nature-inspired story time at 1pm – you don’t need to be outside to connect with nature.
