Free Yoga Class at Hot Yoga Wakefield St.

This year, we're offering three free yoga classes open to the Wellington regional community. It is our belief that yoga is one of the most powerful modalities for bolstering mental health and finding peace within.
Please join us (and bring your pals!) for a 60 minute Yin Yoga class at our Wakefield St. studio (250 Wakefield St.) on 9 October, 2017.
Yin Yoga concentrates on floor postures that stretch connective tissue, ligaments, and fascia that bind bone-to-bone at the joints. Connective tissue does not stretch like muscle and takes more time to improve mobility and strength, and for this reason, the postures are held for longer periods of time. Uplifting music and soft lighting are often incorporated to further calm the mind and release the spiritual potential this practice offers. This class is suitable for all levels.
