Free Yoga Class at Hot Yoga Lower Hutt

This year, we're offering three free yoga classes open to the Wellington regional community. It is our belief that yoga is one of the most powerful modalities for bolstering mental health and finding peace within.
Please join us (and bring your pals!) for a 60 minute Yin+Nidra class at our Lower Hutt studio (21-23 Andrews Ave) on 10 October, 2017. Zena will guide you through thirty minutes of juicy yin yoga (think long holds in deep stretches), followed by thirty minutes of a yoga nidra meditation.
Not sure what yoga nidra is?
Yoga nidra is a powerful tool for deep relaxation. As you recline on your back, an instructor guides you into the state of consciousness that hovers between sleep and wakefulness. It is a deeply restorative, regenerative experience for body & mind. Some purport that thirty minutes of nidra is equivalent to four hours of sleep!
