Free Yoga Class at Hot Yoga Featherston St.

Wellington

This year, we're offering three free yoga classes open to the Wellington regional community. It is our belief that yoga is one of the most powerful modalities for bolstering mental health and finding peace within.

Please join us (and bring your pals!) for a 75 minute Yin-Yang class at our Featherston St. studio (Level 2, 139 Featherston St. in Wellington) on 10 October, 2017. Yin-Yang is a style of yoga that pairs breath work with mindful movement and is accessible to all levels. You'll find yourself in deep stretches as well as slow flow sequences.
