Through movement, connection and absolute permission to be silly, this session will lead you towards your play-state, activate your impulses and access your inner child.

By taking the time to do this, we can gain real benefits. It will help you be more readily connected to your intuition and the stillness of thoughts in the brain can generate a feeling of ease and lightness in your life.
