This one's for the men, by the yogi men. Get all the boys together and join us at this free yoga event. Perfect for the bros who can't touch their toes! Enjoy the good vibes, chilled music and a post exercise BBQ.

Spaces for this class are limited so make sure you get there on time to secure your spot for a 2pm start. Mats will be available for you to use at no cost but you are welcome to bring your own mat or towel as well as your drink bottle. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience, beginners welcome.

The Broga event is about promoting positive mental and physical wellbeing for men in Lower Hutt and is part of HighLighting the Hutt. The class and BBQ are free, but if you are able to bring a koha for Youthline (the official charity partner for Hutt City Council's Highlighting the Hutt programme) that would be much appreciated.

Directions: Turn right off Udy Street to park by the clubrooms. Follow the signs to the Broga class. Additional parking is available off Bouverie Street. For more information, contact us on 04 560 0309.
