Join Em K Yoga and Snap Fitness Hamilton East in their quest to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation NZ! Yoga has been scientifically proven to have a significant positive effect on mental health as well as physical health. It can help to reduce stress, depression and anxiety levels in a fun and natural way.
This event is open to all ages and abilities. For just a gold coin donation, Emily will guide you through 60 minutes of yoga to energise, strengthen, focus and balance your body and mind. Bring a friend, your yoga mats, something warm to wear, a water bottle and an open mind.
