Walk for Mental Health


Able Southern Family Support Dunedin are walking with families, service users, community members and staff to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week. We are banking on a fine day but Dunedin weather has been known to change from one moment to the next so come prepared !!! In the spirit of getting out into nature we have chosen green to be the colour of the day, so for those who enjoy dressing up wear something green, paint your face with green, bring a green drink bottle, whatever it is, sport green and lets walk together in support of each other. You need to have your laces tied tight and ready for a 1:30pm start and can expect to be feeling refreshed, revived and back at Able by 3pm.
