MHAW Launch


Mental Health Awareness Week will be launched in the Octagon with a free community event for everyone. Bring a picnic and join us for lunch, entertainment and some fun activities.

There will be a yoga and tai chi demonstration, a free BBQ, music from a range of artists and information stalls. Also featuring east African singing with Namakau Nalumango, DJ Fadez, the University Fire & Circus Club, Relax Kids and mindfulness meditation with Dr Kumari Valentine.
