Soil for the Soul at Griffiths Gardens

Lockout: 10 October from 12–1pm is an hour that everyone is being invited to NOT WORK but to find a way to reconnect to nature. We are collaborating with the Mental Health Foundation by bringing you Soil for the Soul at Griffiths Gardens which will take place from 11–2pm including during the hour of Lockout for World Mental Health Day.

This year the theme for MHAW is Nature is Key! Being in and connecting with nature can support overall wellbeing.

Come for a burst of serotonin (the happy hormone) by getting your hands in the soil, as we learn how to propagate plants organically. Sow your own seed and begin to grow something wonderful
