Sunrise Walk for Wellbeing


We are kicking off Mental Heath Awareness Week with a community initiated and lead Walk for Wellbeing. The family event will take people on a 6km loop around the Nelson Airport, starting in the dark and finishing with the sunrise.

The start and finish will be at the Nelson Golf Club car park and will be followed by light refreshments. There will be live music and a well-known local identity will share a little of his own journey through depression. NO CHARGE.
