Circus Cheer for MHAW

Ebb & Flow Entertainment invites you up the hill to Victoria Park to enjoy the view of Christchurch and some free circus workshops.

Come along and hoop for happiness, learn poi for pleasure, and juggle for joy! We have lots of props to share, so spread the word and bring your friends and family along.

Physical activity such as circus can help alleviate the symptoms of depression, and the instant gratification of learning a new trick makes you feel good as well. Suitable for all ages and fitness/skill levels. We'll teach you whatever you want to learn and send you away smiling.

There are also lots of lovely walks in the park, so you can connect with nature alongside your circus counselling session. Hope to see you there!
