When you feel like you're sinking...


It's just me, myself and I. I have just launched my website and blog focusing on lifting some of the shame around anxiety and depression. It's been a project I've been brewing for about a year and something I've needed to do for a long time. Since it is Mental Health Awareness Week, it's time. I'll be at Western Park on Monday eating lunch and getting some fresh air away from the office for MHAW lockout!
