Suna Pilates will teach you pilates outside on the Terrace! BYO mat or towel and enjoy some mindful movement in nature. The Terrace is located behind Sovereign on the other side of the roundabout. If it is too wet and/or rainy outside on the day this will be moved back inside to Q4, Pavilion. If this happens we will notify you that morning.

What's included:
•postural session: learn where your correct posture is and how to get it there long term
•add a workout: it's easy to get the right muscles working if you know what you need and how to do it
•breathing focus: low oxygen saturation from incorrect posture and stress cause havoc in the body, from low energy to weight gain - learn how to breathe efficiently
