Movio Crew are taking part in the Lockout from 12pm–1pm on Tuesday, 10 October, forcing the staff to get out of the office, log off and enjoy the outdoors!

This MHAW, we want to show you just how easy it can be to unlock your wellbeing and spend time with the nature you live, play and work amongst every day. MHAW has been running annually since 1993. The week is endorsed by the World Federation for Mental Health and is marked in over 150 countries.

Please bring along a football, frisbee, picnic blankets, umbrella (just in case) etc.

There will also be the opportunity to make a donation to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.
