With the cold of winter behind us and the cherry blossoms telling us spring is well and truly here, it’s time to shake off that indoor sluggishness and GET MOVING again! Fiserv Auckland is proud to bring you MOVE MONTH.
Coupled with Mental Health Awareness Week, for the month of October, there will be 31 days of events and activities designed to get you moving. Activities include:
• Yoga (free and subsidised)
• Running/Walking groups
• Surprise challenges
In addition, we will also be having weekly smoothies, flavoured water, extra massages and mindfulness sessions to improve that mental health.
It wouldn’t be a Fiserv event without some sort of competition, so, there are team and individual prizes up for grabs.
