Mindfulness & Nature talk

Maya Nova has spent the last 15 years practicing mindfulness and meditation, and has been teaching it for the past 10. Nova was ordained for two years as a Buddhist nun, during which time she immersed herself in the study and practice of meditation. Over the years, she has gained a great interest in mindfulness practice, particularly its applications in everyday life, and has developed simple yet effective tools which she now enjoys sharing with people.
Some of her clients include: Nestle NZ; Leadership New Zealand, Auckland Council, TVNZ, and the Sustainable Business Network among many others.
If it's too wet and/or rainy outside on the day this will move to Q4, Pavilion. If this happens then we will notify you that morning.
