We're bringing you an evening of drinks, snacks, meditation and storytelling with Mari and the team from Bikes and Bends. Mari Colbert, for the first time, will publicly share her journey of depression and how she bounced back. Her mission is to give people hope and create awareness. Timing:

6.30pm: Arrive and enjoy a drink, snacks and a mingle
6.45pm: Opening the space and group meditation
7pm: Settle in for Mari's story
7.30pm: Q & A with Mari
7.45pm: Closing meditation
8pm: Stick around to chat and connect
