Let's Talk About It

Let's Talk About It is just around the corner, taking place on Thursday, 13 October in The Cellar at Corban Estate Arts Centre from 7–9pm! This FREE event gives young people a voice to share their stories and experiences with mental health.

Through music, spoken word, raps and sharing personal experiences, young people speak up about their challenges with mental health and how anxiety, depression and thoughts of ending their lives affect so many of their generation.

While this evening promises to be powerful and perhaps confronting, the openness, creative talents and sheer courage of the young performers and presenters will be an uplifting experience. Join us in a motivational evening with delicious nibbles and inspiring performances.
