Be part of our live radio audience for this exciting forum on Arts and Wellbeing. Changing Minds in association with Planet FM/Framework Trust and Toi Ora present: Stories of recovery using the arts.

Come along and hear from speakers or join in the discussion - how does your involvement in performing, visual or other arts help with your recovery, and how do we use the arts to safely tell our stories?

Panellists will include experts on visual and performance arts and cultural safety within the arts environment. We also welcome a very special guest panelist, actress Sia Trokenheim (star of Step Dave, best actress for Everything We Loved).

The event is Hosted by Sheldon Brown from “Take it From Us” and will be recorded for Radio Broadcast.

Lunch included for those who register, followed by an interactive drumming, music and movement workshop by Toi Ora. This is an event not to be missed!
